Science Is Elementary Inc

In-class instruction: brings educators and volunteer scientists to under-served classrooms to conduct hands-on experiments and cultivate curiosity and encourage scientific thinking. Approximately 1,000 children benefited from the in class instruction.

Professional development: teaching teachers science, scientific thinking, how to facilitate experiential learning and how to integrate science into other content areas. Approximately 100 teachers participated in this program.
