Scio School District Foundation Inc

This corporation is organized to obtain contributions to design, construct and maintain athletic fields within the scio school district, and to do and perform such other acts as may be necessary or appropriate for carrying out the foregoing purposes of this corporation and in connection therewith, to exercise any of the powers granted to nonprofit corporations by the oregon nonprofit corporation law.
