The Scott Milliner Outreach Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is comprised of a highly-committed board of directors staff and volunteers It serves as a time-tested community health and human services outreach organization and is at the forefront of effectively addressing the critical needs of a community in economic WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT educational and moral free fall Since its very inception the SMOC has not waited for people to find their way out of poverty desperation and despair but rather it has provided necessary services and opportunities to move forward toward a better life
