To provide housing for adult, aged & disabled persons and purposes related thereto and including but not limited to charitable, educational activities designed for relief of the poor & distressed or the under privileged; the advancement of education designed to lessen neighborhood tensions, eliminate prejudice and discrimination, and combat community deterioration.
