Mission
Scottsdale philharmonic enriches the classical symphonic musical culture landscape of the greater phoenix valley by making live classical music available to everyone. Each year, it presents around eight to nine concerts for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Every performance is also livestreamed at no cost to viewers around the world. Scottsdale philharmonic also fosters a lifelong passion for music in students by offering instruments, scholarships, student performance opportunities, and free tickets for all students, as well as for veterans and active service members.

Scottsdale philharmonic is driven by the belief that live classical music should be made available to everyone. Each season, thousands of complimentary tickets are placed directly into the hands of veterans, students, and members of underserved communities opening the doors of the concert hall to those who might otherwise never encounter the beauty of a live symphony. Veterans are welcomed as a heartfelt thank you for their service, while students and underserved audiences receive tickets at no cost, breaking down financial barriers and creating moments of inspiration, wonder, and musical connections that can last a lifetime.
To ensure classical music reaches beyond the concert hall and support our mission to make classical music available to everyone, scottsdale philharmonic livestreams every performance at no cost. This effort has grown quickly and now attracts viewers around the world. In the past year alone, scottsdale philharmonic's concert recordings generated more than 33,000 views, bringing live classical music to thousands who might otherwise never experience these performances.
