(i) provide fellowships and grants to law students studying or working for nonprofit or governmental organizations located within the judicial district of the southern district of texas, (ii); engage in other charitable and education activities approved by the corporation's board of directors, and (iii) do all things necessary for and incidental to the accomplishment of the purposes and goals of the corporation.
