Preventive programs - preventive services are available in staten island, providing case management, counseling, and referral services to families with children under the age of 18, to improve the overall safety and well-being of the children, while helping families to achieve their value in the community. In fiscal year 2024, we provided support to more than 310 families and more than 763 children through our family support services and family treatment and rehabilitation programs.

Health home care management services provides behavioral health and medical care coordination for children, both those in foster care and those not in foster care, with two or more chronic conditions, complex trauma, hiv, and severe emotional disturbances. In fiscal year 2024, we supported 328 families through this program.
