The purpose of empowering and supporting underserved youth and individuals within, but not limited to, the portland, oregon greater metropolitan area and pacific northwest by providing them with means for participating in education and related opportunities, such as youth sports, leadership training, and outdoor camps, as well as job training, placement, and mentoring opportunities, and any other charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
