Horticultural and cultural festivals, educational programs on traditional and contemporary chinese culture and society, docent tours for community organizations.

Kite festival - our annual family-focused kite festival. An afternoon of activitities included kite flying, displays and demonstrations and kite coloring for children.

Peony and bamboo festival - now our most popular annual event, the peony and bamboo festival draws people of all ages and backgrounds, including many families with children. The festival offers cultural entertainment, talks and demonstrations on plant care, plant and craft sales and educational and displays emphasizing the importance of peonies and bamboo in chinese arts and cultural traditions.
