The mission of Second Chance Community Outreach Inc SCCO is to create opportunities which impact improve and or sustain the quality of people's everyday life . We exist to encourage ongoing rebuilding efforts within communities worldwide. We identify a need and together we meet it. Our vision is redefining capital and taking the risk out of lending. SCCO believes the best form of capital is human capital and collectively we are utilizing resources time and money to demonstrate it. The mission involves developing and promoting black business enterprises through education training loans investments support and other activities which aggressively mobilize and create sustainable quality of life for minorities.
