To rehabilitate and give a second chnace to lost forgotten or misunderstood dogs in order to hlep them find their forever home to reduce adoption return and failure rates by implementing a thorough adopter evulation process. To offer a safe and well suited enviroment for dogs within out community to play, practice socialization skills and improve overall behaviour.
