Mission
Thrift store: second life is a nonprofit organization that operates a thrift store (and online store) to support animal welfare. Proceeds from the sale of donated merchandise are used to provide grants to animal rescue charities, supporting their efforts to save lives and reduce pet overpopulation. This community-focused model promotes sustainability, community, pet-education, all while making a positive impact on animal welfare.
Programs
1 program
Animal rescue: second life's thrift store operates to raise funds to provide grants to animal rescue groups, community outreach and spay/neuter programs. These grants cover a range of needs, including routine veterinary care, emergency medical treatments, spay/neuter surgeries, transportation, care for animals awaiting adoption, and educational outreach. Spay/neuter grants enable organizations to assist families who cannot afford these procedures, helping to reduce pet overpopulation. Our mission is to give homeless pets a second chance at life (and love).
