Serve inc.'s work, academics and transition program (s.w.a.t.) is designed specifically for high school students who qualify for school to work transition planning. The unique program is sponsored by several local school districts in bradford and sullivan counties to ensure students with ieps (individual education plan) have the opportunity to learn new skills and prepare for competitive employment and independent living. The program is designed to take advantage of the student's strengths and preferences in order to identify the career path with the maximum potential for the student.

Serve, inc.'s production area provides an opportunity for the students to gain skills for the next transitional step through training, experience, and development of necessary job-ready skills.
