Mission
The alliance unites cyber security professionals across the nation in an effort to address common problems that face everyone in the industry and to create a community of forward thinking professionals. The alliance primarily deals with the challenges the industry faces around a gap in the talent needed to meet growing industry demands.
Programs

Work with mid-career professionals to understand their paths from mid- management to senior cybersecurity leaders. The alliance partnered with washington university to develop curriculum, provide speakers/instructors, host, and manage eight full days of sessions. Throughout this program, the alliance engaged approximately 32 speakers and 250 attendees.
In partnership with industry leaders, the alliance provided a digital and printed career guide to students and eduations that map the paths to different types of cybersecurity careers. The guides were provided to all event attendeees. The alliance also hosted regular virtual meeting of board and advisors to exchange ideas on managing the and developing the alliance through covid and beyond.
