Operate heritage farm as a visitor center and educational center developing a network of isolation gardens to prevent cross-pollination and contaimation for genetically modified crops. Growing gardens and genetic preservation projects necessary for maintaining seed collection of 20,000 rare vegetable and fruit varieties that would otherwise likely become extinct.

Other program services include maintaining a breeding herd of threatened white park cattle and hold the annual convention.
