Selectflorida is the state of florida's official international commerce organization and supports business and economic growth through trade and export development, international investment, business recruitment and expansion, and international events.

Selectflorida administers florida's international office program on behalf of the state. The organization manages 17 international office locations through 12 separate contracts. Offices are responsible for providing in-country support for florida businesses seeking to expand business opportunities, as well as international businesses seeking to expand and/or establish a presence in florida. In addition, the offices attract foreign direct investment to florida, promote florida in their respective countries, and enhance bilateral trade relationships.
The certificate of free sale is an export document required by importing countries to ensure that products are "freely marketed and sold" here in the us, and generally have no prohibitions for export.
