Heritage Village Repairs: this is a lot with 5 structures; 2 cottages, a doctors office, a lawyers office and a dove cote. The 6th structure was not repairable after the January 2023 tornado took it out. The structures were moved to the site and are open for tours depicting life in the late 1800's to the early 1900's. We borrowed funds from the SBA to repair the roofs and porches. We also applied for grant funding when the insurance and loan monies ran out.

1772 Grant funded Feasibility study for a revolving fund for property repairs. There was no revenue from this project. A grant provided for the study.
