Senior Citizens Council Of Madison County Inc

The Title III Programs of the Special Programs for the Aging provided various services to the Senior Citizens of Madison County, Florida. The Title III Programs provide a variety of services: companionship, group education/training, homemaker services, health support, material aid, outreach, recreation, screening and assessment, telephone reassurance,transportation, congregate meals, and nutrition education.

The Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program provides the following services: case management, companionship, Emergency Alert Response, home delivered meals, homemakers, personal care, and in-home respite.

Home Care for the Elderly (HCE) provides services, specialized medical equipment, and medical supplies for the Senior Citizens of Madison County, FL.
