Senior support servicescase managers coordinate with seniors (and their caregivers) to identify and arrange for the services needed to support the individual in their home. In-home support includes: companionship, homemaking, personal care, meals, and respite. 220 older adults received in-home services. 51% of case-managed clients were deferred from facility placement. 1,825 individuals received information and referral services related to meals on wheels and case management placement. 159 households were assisted through the emergency home energy assistance for the elderly program.

Meals on wheelsvolunteers deliver hot, nutritious meals and a daily wellness check to homebound seniors. 824 unduplicated homebound seniors received meals on wheels. 127,639 home-delivered meals served.social congregate meals: gives mobile seniors and opportunity to socialize with others while enjoying a hot nutritious meal at five locations throughout indian river county. 165 unduplicated mobile seniors received congregate meals. 17,638 congregate meals served.

Adult day care: provides coordinated health, social, and therapeutic activities in a supervised group setting for adults with functional and/or cognitive impairments. 83 unduplicated clients served; 90% deferred from nursing home placement.
