Seniors Pet Assistance Network

Seniors' Pet Assistance Network (SPAN) is a Dallas County based organization that helps low income senior citizens with care of companion animals (pets). SPAN secures basic veterinary care and food for clients pets. The two primary program areas are: Providing financial assistance for basic veterinary care and providing pet food. SPAN is privately funded 501(C3) not-for-profit corporation. SPAN's vision is that all Dallas County seniors should be able to provide adequate care for companion animals. - this is for food component of services

Other client services - this included items like food containers to protect pet food from damage/spoil and end of life services for client's pets that reached end of life
