Seniors Unlimited Lifestyles Inc

In addition to resident activities observing holidays and special occasions, Seniors Unlimited Lifestyles, Inc partnered with Oak St Healthcare to provide preventative healthcare information to residents including chair exercise, nutrition tips, and medication managment. *In continued partnership with Virginia Wesleyan University, students taught a free style painting class and residents painted a sunset. VWU students also gave residents cards with uplifting messages; 4 residents attended classes and graduated from a unity of knowledge course which encouraged sharing of knowledge among generations. In partnership with Community Housing Partners, construction of a gazebo was started which will encourage residents to spend time outdoors and provide a place to rest when working on the box garden.
