To promote, encourage, foster and advance the teaching and study of the sephardic jewish religion according to precepts of the codes of jewish law ("schulchan aruch") by means of lectures, seminars and conferences; to promote, encourage and foster the study of sephardic history and and sephardic culture; to conduct worship services in accordance with the precepts of the codes of jewish law.
