Mission

The Sephardic Jewish Brotherhood Foundation ("the Foundation") is the 501c3 nonprofit foundation that serves as the national-umbrella organization of the Ladino-speaking Sephardic Community of the United States. It has the unique mission to support Sephardic individuals, families, and communities deriving their lineage from the Ladino-speaking Jewish communities of Greece, Turkey, and the Balkans. Through community programming & outreach (i.e. travel events to places of historical significance to our ancestry, cultural and social events, senior social engagement, elderly financial support, etc), Sephardic Educational Initiatives (i.e. principally online classes), our Sephardic Youth Program (i.e. Sephardic Young Professional Programming, Youth and Family cultural and social events, etc), and more, the Sephardic Jewish Brotherhood Foundation works to centrally serve all aspects of Sephardic Jewish life in America.
