Programs

The Early Head Start project promotes school readiness by enhancing childrens cognitive social and emotional development. The program serves pregnant women and children,and their families, who are under the poverty line or are eligible for public assistance.
The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a community service and work based training program for older workers. Authorized by the Older Americans Act, the program provides subsidized, service-based training for low-income persons 55 or older who are unemployed and have poor employment prospects.
Affordable Connectivity Outreach Program:This is a federal communications commission benefit program that helps ensure qualifying low-income households can afford the broad band they need for work, school, healthcare,and more.
Ser National implements various education programs throughout the year.
The National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) is a nationally-directed,locally-administered program of services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their dependents.The program is designed to help farmworkers and their dependents acquire necessary skills to either stabilize or advance in their agricultural jobs or obtain employment in new industries.
