Mission
The construction and refurbishment of real property for non-profit organizations using mainly a volunteer workforce. The education and training of individuals in the construction and building related trades via formalized classroom teaching. Own and operate real property to provide non-profit organizations an affordable location to carry out their services. Assist in establishing affordable education and training programs in various disciplines (culinary, fine arts, mechanics, etc.). Assist in community revitalization and the creation and preservation of affordable housing through the restoration of vacant and abandoned property.
Programs

The training of individuals in the construction and building trades. The program is provided free to the students and is conducted in a classroom setting. The teaching is carried out by professionals in the various building trades. During 2024 approximately 150 students attended these classes.
Assist in providing housing to individuals working for non-profit organizations. In 2024 assistance was provided for six individuals.
