Setrac Foundation

The Foundation is organized to support and benefit the SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory Council (SETRAC), a Texas nonprofit corporation, that is exempt as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is a public charity described in Section 509(a)(1). This includes raising funds for the ultimate benefit of SETRAC, managing and investment of endowment funds of SETRAC, guaranty loans to SETRAC, and the establishment of spending or distribution policies regarding endowments.
