The mission of the seven hills foundation is to promote and encourage the empowerment of people with significant challenges so that each may pursue their highest possible degree of personal well-being and independence.

Childrens aid and family services: to provide services to individuals with disabilities, and their families, and caregivers, and provide a wide array of options to enable individuals to live in a nurturing environment, maintain relationships with families and choose how to live, learn, and grow.
Seven hills rhode island: to provide a wide range of supports for infants, children and their families, adults, and seniors with various disabilities and life challenges.
Other program services include: independent living, vocational training, community orientation, day hab, specialized home care, pediatric nursing home services, school services, and behavioral health services.
