Sfa Construction Management Industry Advisory Board Foundation

The sfa construction management industry advisory board fondation is a texas non-profit corporation ("corporation") organized under the texas business organizations code for exclusively charitable, educational, scientific and other nonprofitable purposes, substantially all of the activities of which are for such purposes and no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, section 11.18 of the texas tax code, and any other future amendments or successors to such codes.
