Mission
Provide a CrossFit gym where all people can come together, especially the people in underserved communities, Masiphumelele and Ocean View Cape Town, South Africa, to build confidence, strength, and health.

Provide job skills training for the 18 young adults and teens in the L327 Fitness program. We provide job training within the gym, such as facilities and equipment maintenance, customer service, team-building, coach-in-training, and coach. Provide access to certification programs and education to help the teens and young adults prepare for and obtain a career post high school.
Provide CrossFit gym where all people can come together, especially the people in underserved communities, Masiphumelele Ocean View, to build confidence, strength, and health - physically as well as spiritually. 76 of gym members pay deeply discounted membership subsidized by donations through our foundation and have access to CrossFit classes 6 days per week.
