C.group programming: cross sector work to help build leadership skills and organizational capacity building skills through group programming and facilitating at partner organizations.

Team facilitation: working with leaders and their teams through intentional meeting facilitation, retreats, and trainings. Specifically working to help groups align on goals, address issues of equity, strategic planning, and organizational culture with the intention of improving their performance & efficiency.
