Mission

Shadow's Fund is dedicated to bringing hope and 2nd chances to the most vulnerable animals. We do this by operating a 100 acre no kill sanctuary for animals in need, providing support to our local shelters and investing in our community through education and pet retention programs.

Programs

3 programs

Our Take Me Home/Keep Me Home program helps local shelter dogs transition safely and successfully from shelter to home by providing collars, leashes and educational materials for new adopters and helps keep owner pets in their homes through direct support of veterinary assistance, fencing, behavioral consulting and rehoming assistance.

Expenses: $79KGrants: $5K

Our Take Me Home Program helps shelter dogs go from kennels to couches by matching adoptable shelter dogs with pre-screened adopters, providing adoption counseling and follow up, and transporting shelter dogs to their new homes. We also help to fund a behavior and enrichment coordinator for our local shelters who helps shelter dogs have their best chance at adoption.

Expenses: $5K

Our other program expenses include our Bright Beginnings Program, Volunteer Program, and small miscellaneous costs related to all of our program services.
