To provide a social organization and to acquire and maintain a club house for the promotion of the athletic sports and recreational facilities for the amusement, accomodation, and entertainment of the members of the shamrock athletic club; and also to provide means and facilities for the promotion of athletic sports and recreation of juveniles residing in montgomery county, ohio.
