Shamrock pet foundation is a volunteer-based animal welfare organization that provides spay neuter assistance, companion pet adoptions and medical care for homeless, injured, abused, or neglected animals of the elderly, veterans, or individuals whose pets may be their only family and need medical assistance.

Cat and dog spay/neuter assistance program - shamrock assists multiple local agencies and individuals in providing pet neutering services when needed by issuing vouchers that can be used at designated clinics and veterinary offices.
Emergency medical care for homeless, injured, abused, or neglected animals of the elderly, veterans, or individuals whose pets may be their only family and need medical assistance - shamrock works with multiple veterinary offices to provide emrgency medical services as needed.
