The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific, literary,and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, including but not limited to the following: a. Toalleviate suffering, poverty, and address systemic oppression by creating community facilities for low income, marginalized communities, and other nonprofit organizationsto gather, learn, share ideas, and grow together
Programs

River Access Paddle Program - Clean the Duwarmish River every week. We also take people out on kayaks to teach them the history of the river. Thus, we need to pay the leads/volunteers stipends. Other expenses would be the kayak, materials for the programs.
Land steward program - we pay stipends to volunteers to come steward the land twice a week, the land will eventually give back to the Duwarmish Tribe. Expenses include rent, utilities, advertising to recruit volunteers, repair and maintenance.
