Programs
2 programs
Outreach and advocacy: each year we bring speakers who have down syndrome and their parents to self-advocate to the mayo clinic. We also do the same at arizona state university in an effort to give a true feeling of who children with down syndrome are and what they can accomplish.
Social events: our oganization holds a number of inclusive events dedicated to spreading awareness. These events include the annual sharing down syndrome walk, christmas party, new parent dessert nights, gilbert water tower lighting for world down syndrome day, and pizza with the police.
