Training youth citizenship through sports: sponsor youth basketball and football programs and assist in the financial aspects of boy scout activities

Promote the health and welfare of the hospitalized veterans: provide funds & manpower for parties for hospitalized patients, sponsor picnics and recreational activities for veterans.

Past or present members of the armed forces: provide and maintain the facilities and the wherewithal to entertain, socialize and fraternize members of the armed forces.
