Shaw 4 Community

SHAW 4 Community is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organizations primary exempt purpose is to improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities in underserved and underrepresented communities by providing access to health education, fitness and nutrition programs, mental and emotional wellness support, and community-based services. Activities are designed to promote holistic wellness, advance health equity, and empower individuals and families through trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches.
