To consult with and advise the kansas historical society regarding the preservation, interpretation, promotion, maintenance and operation of the shawnee indian mission. To assist the kansas historical society with enhancing the overall fundraising and overseeing an endowment for the mission. To promote and protect the best interest of the shawnee indian mission and to operate solely and exclusively as a charitable, educational, and civic-minded organization.
