The organization's mission is to bring more women into the building and construction industry through three main areas: representation - storytelling and content to elevate women in building and contruction. Education & skills - curriculum and programming to help girls discover and develop skills and to explore potential future careers. Community - connection and training for women in the building and construction industry to serve as role models, educators, and advocates.
