She Is Safe's Economic Empowerment Program combats human trafficking, a/k/modern slavery, through vocational training and self-help groups where poor and marginalized women gain economic literacy, micro-loans, income-generating skills, and hear the gospel.Expenses, including disbursements, fund training, coaching, transportation, materials and support for workers.4,988 women and teens built deep community, grew in confidence and agency adn gained economic skills to shape a safer, stronger future.565 women gained spoken English or literacy skills.1,058 women were equipped to become leaders in their small groups and communities.861 women and teenagers received vocational training to start income generation.436 women started new businesses or took new jobs.

She Is Safe Education Projects combat abuse and slavery of at-risk children with an emphasis on education for girls who are at highest risk. This includes elementary education, non-formal educational programs, and assistance for low-income families to keep children in school.Expenses, including disbursements, fund training, coaching, transportation, materials and support for workers.12,179 at-risk children and teenagers were set on a path toward a stronger future through education, anti-trafficking awareness & skills training.
