Group gestures/survive, thrive & be fit:scccf offers a variety of healthy and active living opportunities for area cancer patients and survivors known as our "survive, thrive & be fit" program.activities include: "gentle yoga for cancer survivors", "steps to survivorship" walks, "hiking along the cancer journey" hikes, "indoor row group", "survivors on snowshoes and more! Together with the sheboygan county ymca's "livestrong at the y" program, we are "making sheboygan county the healthiest place to survive cancer."
