Shelterwell's eviction prevention team attends the oklahoma county forcible entry and detainer docket daily to provide mediation services. Our trained mediators help tenants and landlords negotiate disagreements and create a framework for future communication through mediation, both before and after an eviction is filed. 37% of time and resources were used for this program in 2024.
