To assist in harmonizing and making more efficient the work of chariatable, philanthropic, and benevolent organziations of shenandoah county, virginia, relating to agriculture, and fostering youth activites, such as 4-h, ffa, dairy club, and similar activities involving agricultural and horticultural education, supporting the history of agruculture and culture of the shenandoah valley and its agricultural resources and promoting tax exempt charitable activities on the shenandoah county fairgrounds with an emphsis on agriculture
