Mission

The ShePOWER Leadership Academy expands the number of girl leaders who excel in academics and engage in service in their communities. Our work reshapes the future landscape of leadership and broadens awareness of female public leadership beyond the borders of commonly tapped leadership circles in school and in the community. By design ShePower Academy creates a rich and authentic development experience for girls. It includes up-close and personal engagement with some of the most visible leaders. Our girls gain a sharper focus on understanding their own leadership style and strengths to enable them to create a clearer strategy on adding more value in her school culture a deeper commitment to civic and business leadership and owning her personal power.
