Sof is called to empower warriors to find purpose, be resilient, and live well. We develop and provide customized treatment plans for veterans through our national network of partners.

Sof missions combats the suicide epidemic by providing restorative whole health medical care to veterans and military service members. The sof missions' be resilient clinics are 1-week medical intensives that bring together 10 veterans and appox. 20 healthcare providers in an intradisciplinary approach with a focus on psychological, physical, social and spiritual treatments. Providers assess, treat, and work to overcome challenges of military service such as ptsd, mild traumatic brain injury, chronic/acute pain, sleep issues, isolation, stress and moral injury.
