The primary purpose of the corporation shall be to provide a place of worship and other facilities in Tallahassee for the practice of philosophy and teachings of Sri Shirdi Saibaba. furthermore, the purpose of the corporation shell be to provide and support educational, religious and cultural and literacy program; to conduct such activities and incidental thereto, including but no limited to raising funds for organization and other charitable purposes.
