To foster, develop and promote charitable purposes and activities, including, but not limited to, community development, job skills training, social rehabilitiation, educational development, tutoring, mentoring, provision of food and clothing, and other activities designed to alleviate conditions of poverty, for residents of northwest alabama, particularly, residents of lauderdale and colbert counties.
