Mission
Shorefast US Fund was established for the primary purpose of providing support and making grants for the benefit of Shorefast Foundation to further its charitable activities on Fogo lsland. Shorefast US Fund is a non profit corporation exempt from US federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is eligible to issue donation receipts. The Shorefast US Fund Board of Directors is comprised of one of Shorefast's Board members and two independent directors.
