Sierra Linda Mutual Water Company Inc

Sierra Linda Mutual Water Company, Inc. ("SLMWC") is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation formed as a nonprofit in 1950 to provide water to the 89 lot owners ("Members") in Bass Lake Annex #1 (Bass Lake and North Fork, California) as described in the Articles. The only activities of SLMWC are drilling wells, improving the wells with pumps and distribution systems, storing water, and delivering water to the Members at cost.
