It focuses on exploring and developing personal leadership skills.tragos quest to greece: the tragos quest to greece changes the way brothers view the world, their fraternity and themselves. Guided by almuni mentors and university faculty, tragos quest to greece scholars study the influence that greek philosophy, governance and the arts has and continues to have in everyday life. Life after college: this program is available to all undergraduates and is used to lauch their career after college with in-person, professional development education and one-on-one consultations from industry leaders across the sigep alumni network.conclave: every two years, sigep gathers undergraduate and alumni members to participate in personal and professional development activities and honor those who have helped make the fraternity great through undergraduate and alumni awards.
